Before I tell you about the quality features built into every one of our custom graphics kits, first let me tell you a little about Zing.

Zing is going on its twelfth year in business and continues to bring new technology and higher quality standards to our market each year. When Zing first started, our goal was to bring the highest quality graphic to the retail market at the lowest possible price. We found out however, that this market was already over-saturated and very competitive. It was at this point that we began to look for a niche in the market that was not being serviced at that time. In doing so, we found out that while custom graphics were available, they were only available to customers that would step up and order 100 to 200 kits of the same model at one time. Obviously, this huge minimum quantity stopped many smaller and medium sized dealerships, race teams and aftermarket companies from developing and marketing their own line of graphics kits.

Today Zing has established itself as the industry leader building custom graphics kits for companies like Adapt Racing, Alba Action Sports, ASV Inventions, Blair Morgan Racing, Blingstar Industries, BTO Sports, Blackfoot Racing, CT Racing, Fleshwound/Fleshgear, H-Bomb Films, K & K ATV, Lone Star Racing, Metzger Motorsports, Metal Mulisha, Maxxis Tires, North County Yamaha, No Fear, Quad Tech, Shock Pros, Temecula Motorsports, Troy Racing and Skin Industries to name a few. Our kits are not only made from the highest quality materials available which includes sub-surface printing on 20 mil. double polished clear vinyl (our competitors use 15 and 16 mil. vinyl), adhesive that was designed specifically to withstand constant exposure to gasoline fumes, seat covers that are double stitched and backed by a protective laminate to eliminate the seat foam rubbing against the sub-surface printed seat, and each packaged on its own individual header card for display.

Over the years through extensive research and development, Zing has been able to provide custom graphics customers with the best pricing, availability, and lowest minimum quantities available. Since Zing manufacturers every kit it sells in-house, from the printing of the decals to the sewing of the seat covers, we control the destiny of your custom kit. We have an in-house art department that can custom design a kit specifically to your taste, or we can re-create an existing design you may already have. Now with the addition of our new CMYK printing technology, we can now give you a picture quality image in your graphic kit. Either way, you will be provided a computer proof showing you exactly what your graphic will look like, with the ability to makes any changes you desire, long before it goes into production.

Unbelievably, Zing can provide you with a totally custom graphics kit with yours and your sponsors names and logos for less than what you are now paying for an off-the-shelf kit from one of our competitors. We have a one-time design fee of $150.00 and a one-time film charge of $150.00, but your basic cost for a motorcycle tank/shroud and seat cover will be approximately $72.00 to $75.00 per kit, with a minimum of 15 kits. Decals only, run about half of this and quad kits range between $76.00 to $80.00 per kit. Production time ranges between 2 – 3 weeks after you sign off on your proof.

The bottom line is that Zing can design, manufacture, and guarantee your satisfaction of a totally custom graphic kit that will not only have your dealership/race team or shop name, but those of your sponsors as well, for less than what you are now paying for one of our competitors off-the-shelf kits.
